Caret Cellars is a family-owned and operated Virginia Farm Winery and vineyard in Essex County, owned by R.D. and Junghee Thompson. A veteran-owned business, they purchased the land in 2006, planted vines in 2007, and built the winery in 2014. They produce quality estate wines with a minimalist approach.
