About the Winery

Capay Valley Vineyards was established in 1998 by Tom Frederick and Pam Welch. They produce estate-grown, estate-vinted, and estate-bottled wines including sparkling wines by the French Charmat method. They are known as The Sparkling House of Yolo County.
