About the Winery

Caladan is led by winemaker Christopher Carpenter, exploring the more delicate, nuanced side of Napa Valley's powerful mountain terroir. With Cabernet Franc and Proprietary Red Wine, Caladan showcases the graceful complexity of distinguished old-world varieties other than Cabernet Sauvignon. The wines honor four Napa Valley mountain appellations: Spring Mountain District, Howell Mountain, Diamond Mountain District, and Mount Veeder. The exclusive Caladan tasting experience is hosted at the Cardinale Winery in Oakville.
