About the Winery
Founded by two generations of the Birkholz and Reed families with over 80 years of combined winemaking experience. Named after the historic Cades Cove valley in the Great Smoky Mountains. Winemaker Jerry Reed has been making wine since 1984. Offers free complimentary tastings daily, no reservations required. Features viewing area for laboratory, tank room, and bottling line. Also has a Wears Valley location at 3236 Wears Valley Rd.
