About the Winery
A 117-acre polyculture paradise on a sun-drenched hillside overlooking the Appalachian Mountains, where honeybees hum, longwool sheep graze, and woodland hogs forage. Burnt Hill Farm creates lively, natural wines farmed biodynamically on a wild hillside. Owned by Drew Baker and his sisters Lisa Hinton and Ashli Johnson (who also founded Old Westminster Winery). Reservations required to visit.
