About the Winery

Bloomer Creek is one of the most experimental and idiosyncratic wineries in the Finger Lakes. Founded by Kim Engle and Debra Bermingham, they practice organic methods with no herbicides, hand-harvest fruit, and use only native yeasts. Known for their single-vineyard Rieslings, Gewürztraminer, Cabernet Franc, and Grüner Veltliner. The 'Tanzen Dame' line features German-influenced whites.
