About the Winery
Private research winery in Center Valley, PA, not open to the public. Owned by husband and wife team Damian and Amy Siekonic. Tucked away in the lower level of an 18th century stone farmhouse. Enjoys the freedom to experiment with traditional fermentation methods, heirloom ingredients, natural yeast, barrel aging, and avoidance of chemical additives. Produces historical wines and ciders from researched recipes dating back centuries. Currently known for American heirloom cider fermented bone dry with natural yeast, aged in Lairds apple brandy barrels.
