About the Winery

Birnbaum Vineyards is a father/son team producing wines exclusively from their Sunrise Hill Vineyard on the western side of Cayuga Lake. Recently purchased from Kathy and Bob Ruis, the vineyard is famous for bottlings from producers like Boundary Breaks and Forge. They produce Dry Riesling, Dry Gewürztraminer, Merlot, and Blaufränkisch. Tasting hours: Monday-Friday 10am-5pm.
