About the Winery

The Atlas Peak winery was established in 1987, five years before the Atlas Peak AVA became official. Located high in the Vaca Mountain range on the eastern side of Napa Valley at elevations up to 2,663 feet. Known for Cabernet Sauvignon and an American Super Tuscan blend. Winemaker Derek Irwin brings over 30 years of experience. The wines are characterized by intense flavors and delicate, balanced tannins from volcanic soils.
