Founded by Steven Winters, CEO and Winemaker. Apogia focuses on producing two outstanding Cabernet Sauvignon wines each season: The Hill from mountain fruit in the Pritchard Hill area of Stagecoach Vineyards, and The Vale from valley floor grapes at Larkmead Vineyards in Calistoga.
