About the Winery

Alluvial Farm & Vineyards produces natural wines from cold hardy grapes grown on their certified biodynamic farm near the Poudre River in Fort Collins, Colorado. They integrate sheep, pigs, and chickens for soil health, use compost teas aligned with lunar cycles, and practice spontaneous fermentation with no sulfites, filtering, or manipulations. Owner/winemaker Grant Everitt has been making wine since 2018 with over 10 cold-hardy and French-American hybrid grape varietals.
