5680' Vineyards is located in Paonia, Colorado in the West Elks AVA. Owner and winemaker Rob Kimball has been tending vines since 2003. The vineyard sits at 5680 feet, the highest recognized wine growing elevation in the United States. Produces Pinot Noir, Chardonnay, Syrah, Tempranillo and Merlot.
