1910 Sip House is a cidery (not a winery) and listening room in the heart of Lakes Country, Minnesota, specializing in small batch craft cider made from locally sourced apples and fruit. Opened in October 2020. Their signature Ethel's Dry Cider is the base for all creations, with all ciders being gluten-free. Located in a converted grain bin on Lake Ethel. Owned by Karen and Jeff Lees.
