About the Winery

12 Ridges Vineyard is a family-owned, high-altitude vineyard located directly on the Blue Ridge Parkway at mile post 25. At 3,300 feet, it is the highest altitude vineyard in Virginia. The terroir includes permeable and stony soil low in clay, cooler temperatures, and low humidity. Planted to Chardonnay, Riesling, Pinot Noir, and Pinot Gris. The tasting room features a 7,500 sq. ft terrace with sweeping views.
