About the Winery
Founded in 2009 by brothers Andrea and Daniele Da Ros in Sarmede, Masot - Fiabe di Vino is a young, organic-certified winery named after the family nickname 'Masot' (small landowner) and the 'Fiabe' (fairy tales) that the town is famous for. The estate cultivates approximately 20 hectares of vineyards on clay and limestone soils near the Cansiglio forest, producing around 35,000 bottles annually including Prosecco DOC and DOCG, and working to revive indigenous varieties like Boschera and Verdiso, with labels inspired by the artist Stepan Zavrel.
