About the Winery
Founded in 2018 by Francesco Chiamenti in Spiazzi, Caprino Veronese, Monte Cimo is one of Italy's highest wineries with vineyards reaching 954 meters above sea level on the slopes of Monte Baldo. The estate cultivates 8.5 hectares of vineyards, 90% planted with PIWI (fungus-resistant) varieties including Solaris, Muscaris, Johanniter, Rithos, and Crethos, along with Incrocio Manzoni and Traminer, producing wines marked by high acidity, freshness, and aromatic intensity.
