Founded in the 1950s by Count Piero Loredan, a direct descendant of the Doge of Venice Leonardo Loredan, Loredan Gasparini is a historic estate in Volpago del Montello spanning 60 hectares. The winery produces Venegazzu red wines from Bordeaux varieties (Cabernet Sauvignon, Merlot, Cabernet Franc, and Malbec) and Asolo Prosecco Superiore DOCG from 23 hectares in Giavera del Montello, with Giancarlo Palla acquiring the property in 1973 and pioneering quality Prosecco production in the area.
