About the Winery

Spanning 250 hectares in the Euganean Hills Regional Park between Baone and Cinto Euganeo, Le Volpi & Monte Fasolo is the largest private winemaking business in the Colli Euganei, producing organic-certified wines since 2013 and vegan-certified since 2016. Founded by Luigi Rossi Luciani, the estate farms vineyards on volcanic soils, producing wines from Carmenere, Merlot, Chardonnay, Fior d'Arancio, and Garganega, while also offering hospitality, wine tourism, and a commitment to sustainable agriculture and biodiversity.
