About the Winery
Founded in 1984 by Matilde Poggi in Cavaion Veronese, Le Fraghe is a certified organic winery in the Bardolino Classico zone between Lake Garda and Monte Baldo, producing elegant wines from Corvina and Rondinella. Matilde, who served as President of FIVI (Italian Federation of Independent Winegrowers) and later CEVI (European Confederation of Independent Winegrowers), crafts Bardolino reds, Chiaretto rosés, and Garganega whites that express the area's glacial soils and unique microclimate.
