Founded in 2001 in Val di Mezzane by seven brothers and cousins, Ilatium Morini is a family-run estate cultivating 40 hectares across Valpolicella and Soave that shifted from selling grapes to the local cooperative to producing acclaimed estate wines in 2004. Their portfolio includes Soave, Valpolicella, and Amarone crafted with the appassimento technique, earning accolades including glowing reviews from Jancis Robinson and an IWC Gold Medal for their Amarone.
