About the Winery

Founded in 2004 by Ermenegildo Giusti, Giusti Wine encompasses over 130 hectares of vineyards across ten estates in the Montello and Nervesa della Battaglia area of Treviso, producing Asolo Prosecco Superiore DOCG, DOC Montello wines, and Amarone della Valpolicella Classico. The estate includes the restored Abbazia di Sant'Eustachio, a Benedictine monastery where Giovanni Della Casa wrote 'Il Galateo,' and features an avant-garde underground winery built on five levels integrating seamlessly into the surrounding landscape.
