About the Winery

Enoturismo Dofinè is a family-run agriturismo and winery in the Euganean Hills near Due Carrare, Padova, where sommelier Riccardo and his wife Nicoletta Carraro cultivate eight different grape varieties to produce 20 different wine labels. The estate offers immersive wine and food experiences that showcase native wines including Raboso Piave, Refosco dal Peduncolo Rosso, Pinot Grigio and Merlot, paired with local cuisine in a journey through the viticultural history of the region that dates back to the Venetian Empire.
