About the Winery
Duca di Dolle is a wine estate set in a former 16th-century Camaldolese monastery in Rolle, in the heart of the Conegliano Valdobbiadene Prosecco Superiore DOCG hills, acquired by the Baccini family in 2011. The property extends across nearly 100 hectares, with 25 hectares of vineyards cultivated using natural methods and surrounded by meadows, fruit trees and woodland, producing a range of Prosecco Superiore wines including Brut, Extra Dry, Cuvée Rive di Rolle and Superiore di Cartizze from Glera, Verdiso and Perera grapes.
