About the Winery

Domìni Veneti is the prestigious flagship label of Cantina Valpolicella Negrar, established in 1989 to showcase the finest expressions of the Valpolicella Classico region through a focus on single-vineyard wines and artisanal craftsmanship. The winery is renowned for its mastery of the traditional appassimento drying technique, producing world-class Amarone della Valpolicella Classico DOCG, Ripasso and Recioto from carefully selected grapes grown at approximately 300 meters above sea level in the Negrar valley.
