About the Winery

Costadilà is a pioneering natural winery in the hills of Tarzo, in the historic Prosecco production zone between Conegliano and Valdobbiadene, founded by Ernesto Cattel in 2006 and now run by Martina Celi and Alex Della Vecchia after Cattel's passing in 2018. The estate cultivates seven hectares of Glera, Bianchetta Trevigiana and Verdiso on steep limestone and clay slopes, producing approximately 30,000 bottles annually of 'col fondo' Prosecco using the ancestral method with indigenous yeasts, zero sulfur, and refermentation in bottle with must from dried grapes.
