About the Winery
Corte Figaretto is a family-run organic winery founded by Mauro Bustaggi in 2004 in the Valpantena valley north of Verona, cultivating 11 hectares of vineyards on diverse calcareous and volcanic soils at elevations that ensure significant day-night temperature swings. The estate is notable as the only winery in Valpolicella to employ a gravity-flow vinification system, and produces a range of wines including the celebrated Amarone Brolo del Figaretto and the elegant Valpolicella Superiore Alte Quare from indigenous varieties Corvina, Corvinone and Rondinella.
