About the Winery

Corte Cavedini is a boutique family winery in Marcellise in the province of Verona, founded in 1996 by Umberto Cavedini with vineyard traditions passed down from his father Guido. The estate cultivates seven hectares of certified organic hillside vineyards in the calcareous Marcellise Valley, producing elegant Amarone, Ripasso, Valpolicella Superiore and rare white Passito from Garganega with a focus on low yields and meticulous handcrafting.
