About the Winery

Carolina Gatti is an artisan winemaker in Ponte di Piave in the province of Treviso, managing five hectares of family vineyards that have been cultivated for over a century. A trained oenologist and one of the most unique figures in natural winemaking, she crafts soulful wines using the ancient Bellussera training system, with spontaneous fermentations in concrete and minimal sulphites, focusing on Glera and the indigenous Raboso Piave.
