Cantina della Valpolicella, also known as Cantina Valpolicella Negrar, is a historic cooperative winery founded in 1933 in Negrar di Valpolicella. With over 230 members tending 700 hectares of vineyards across the Valpolicella Classica hills, the cooperative is renowned for producing Amarone and other traditional wines that define the excellence of this iconic zone.
