About the Winery

Cantina Sabaini is a family-owned winery in Illasi in the province of Verona, with a winemaking tradition dating back to the late 19th century. Now in its third generation under Adolfo Sabaini and his sons Riccardo and Alberto, the estate produces a range of wines including Valpolicella, Amarone, Soave and sparkling wines that express the unique character of the Val d'Illasi.
