Marco Buvoli, known as the 'Opificio del Pinot Nero', is a Metodo Classico sparkling wine producer in Sovizzo in the province of Vicenza. Inspired by Champagne, Marco Buvoli has dedicated his craft to creating complex, brain-stirring sparkling wines from Pinot Nero, alongside carefully crafted red wines from the hills of Vicenza.
