About the Winery
Bele Casel is a family-run winery in Caerano San Marco, in the Asolo Prosecco DOCG zone of Veneto, founded in 1976 by the Ferraro family and now run by Luca Ferraro. The estate owns 12 hectares of vineyards between Monfumo, Maser, and Cornuda on the hills surrounding Asolo, producing Asolo Prosecco Superiore DOCG, including their distinctive ColFondo Agricolo (bottle-refermented Prosecco), as proud members of FIVI (Italian Federation of Independent Winegrowers).
