About the Winery

Ca' Lustra Zanovello is an organic winery in Faedo di Cinto Euganeo, in the heart of the Euganean Hills Regional Park near Padua, founded in 1977 by Franco Zanovello and now run by his children Marco and Linda. Spanning 25 hectares of vineyards alongside olive groves and woods, the estate produces Colli Euganei DOC wines with organic certification, including acclaimed reds from Merlot and Cabernet Sauvignon, white wines, and passito wines, with a focus on microvinifications, spontaneous fermentations, and minimal sulfites.
