DolceVera is a small winery in Villa di Negrar, Valpolicella Classica, founded in 2013 by Marco Benedetti on 4.8 hectares of vineyards. The name honors Marco's father ('Dolce') and a beloved nun ('Vera'), and the estate produces Valpolicella Classico, Ripasso, Amarone, and Recioto with a commitment to sustainable viticulture without chemical use, expressing the unique microclimate of the Negrar hills where southwest exposure and clayey-loam soils create wines of structure and longevity.
