Benedetti La Villa is a historic family winery in Negrar di Valpolicella, with roots dating back to the late 1800s when Domenico Benedetti first cultivated grapes, and now in its fourth generation under Simone and Matteo. Named for a Roman villa discovered on the property dating from the 2nd-3rd century AD, the estate produces Amarone, Valpolicella Classico, and other wines from indigenous varieties on terraced hillside vineyards farmed without chemical herbicides.
