About the Winery

Falesco was founded in 1979 in Montefiascone by brothers Riccardo and Renzo Cotarella, with a mission to recover ancient vineyards and indigenous varieties between Lazio and Umbria. Now encompassing over 260 hectares including the Marciliano estate near Orvieto, the winery is celebrated for reviving the Roscetto grape and producing iconic wines like Ferentano and Montiano Merlot.
