About the Winery

Chiesa del Carmine is an organic winery established in 2012 on the Carmine Estate at the foot of Monte Tezio near Perugia, featuring 5.7 hectares of vineyards, an ancient olive grove, and truffle woodland. Owned by Jeremy Sinclair and crafted by winemaker Giovanni Dubini, the estate specializes in Trebbiano Spoletino and other indigenous varieties, offering tastings at their Vineria Del Carmine.
