Zirmerhof is a historic alpine estate in Redagno di Sopra above Aldino in South Tyrol, dating back to the 12th century and home to Radoin 1560, which at 1,560 meters is considered the highest winery in Europe, created by Sepp Perwanger. This unique property combines a four-star hotel and gourmet restaurant with a working winery, where the extreme altitude, temperature, and air pressure provide optimal conditions for producing distinctive wines in one of South Tyrol's most dramatic mountain settings.
