Weingut Tauber is a young, family-run organic winery near Bressanone in the Eisacktal, founded in 2013 by Richard Tauber, who cultivates five steep terraced vineyard parcels by hand. Specializing in white varieties including Sylvaner, Kerner, and Riesling, the estate is driven by passion rather than tradition, with Richard's wife Hermine and their children Lisa and Manuel actively contributing to crafting wines that express the essence of these dramatic alpine slopes.
