About the Winery

Vivallis, founded in 2004 as the brand of the Vallagarina Farmers' Company with roots dating to 1908, is a cooperative winery in Nogaredo harvesting grapes from over 900 hectares cultivated by 700 member winegrowers. The Valentini di Weinfeld line of Trento DOC sparkling wines pays tribute to Arminio Valentini, a pioneer of Traditional Method production in Vallagarina since 1899, crafted with careful vineyard work and long aging on the lees to express the freshness and minerality of the Trentino hills.
