Azienda Agricola Vindimian, led by Rudi Vindimian since 2005, is a historic family winery in Lavis, Trentino, cultivating 4 hectares of vineyards across Lavis, Pressano, Sorni, and Faedo at altitudes between 250 and 780 meters. The estate practices biodynamic agriculture and vinifies with spontaneous fermentations using only indigenous yeasts and minimal sulfur, producing wines that express the freshness and minerality of their hillside terroir, with Müller Thurgau as a particular excellence of the area.
