Sondelaite, meaning Cost of the Sun in German, is a young family-run winery in Crosano di Brentonico at the foot of Monte Baldo in Trentino, founded by Diana and Giacomo. The estate practices sustainable agriculture on sun-drenched terraced vineyards, producing Metodo Classico Trento Doc, Chardonnay, and a Lagrein-Rossara blend that reflect the unique microclimate influenced by the Ora del Garda wind and the mountain terroir of the Brentonico plateau.
