About the Winery

Cantina Simoni, founded in 1918 by grandfather Giuseppe in Palù di Giovo in the Cembra Valley at 650 meters above sea level, is a three-generation family winery now run by Michele Simoni together with his parents Ferruccio and Romana. The estate cultivates approximately nine hectares, producing wines including Müller Thurgau, Schiava, Chardonnay, Pinot Nero, Trento DOC Metodo Classico, and a Lagrein-Schiava blend, alongside an agriturismo serving authentic Val di Cembra cuisine.
