Schlossweingut Stachlburg in Parcines (Partschins), founded by Baron Sigmund von Kripp in 1990 and family-owned since 1547, manages vineyards across three municipalities including Parcines at 650 meters, the warmer Andrian at 300 meters, and steep slopes above Naturns. The estate has practiced organic farming for over 20 years, producing wines characterized by fruitiness, elegant acidity, and delicate structure from varieties including Chardonnay, Pinot Noir, Sauvignon Blanc, Lagrein, and Gewürztraminer.
