About the Winery

Sartori Organic Farm, run by father-and-son team Michele and Marco Sartori on the shores of Lake Ledro within the Alpi Ledrensi and Judicaria Biosphere Reserve, cultivates disease-resistant PIWI grape varieties organically at approximately 700 meters altitude. Founded with the first planting in 2016, the estate specializes in varieties like Solaris that are well-suited to high-altitude conditions, also producing olive oil and olive paté from their additional vineyards on Monte Baldo and in Mori and Arco.
