About the Winery

Azienda Agricola Salvetta, with origins dating to 1523 in Madruzzo-Sarche, Trentino, specializes in organic Nosiola grapes and the production of Vino Santo Trentino DOC, a prized passito wine made from grapes dried on traditional racks. After Dario Salvetta acquired the estate in the 1930s, the family has carried forward ancient winemaking techniques, transitioning to organic practices in 2012 under Giancarlo Salvetta, with the estate now exporting its acclaimed white wines to Australia and Europe.
