About the Winery

Pföstl Estate Winery in Scena (Schenna), founded by childhood friends Stefan Pföstl and Georg Weger, manages vineyards across three distinct locations in Merano, Oltradige/Überetsch, and Pochi/Buchholz above Salorno. The estate produces a wide range of varieties including Merlot, Cabernet, Sauvignon Blanc, Pinot Grigio, Chardonnay, Gewürztraminer, and the special Merano spa treatment grape Schiava Grossa, along with two classic method sparkling wines.
