About the Winery

Moar-Hof in Postal (Burgstall), first officially mentioned in 1324, is a nearly 700-year-old estate where Florian Klotz Pertoll cultivates Schiava, Cabernet Sauvignon, Lagrein, and Merlot on 1.55 hectares, with wines matured in stainless steel and then in large oak barrels in the ancient vaulted cellar. The estate, originally belonging to the church and later to the Pertoll family since 1923, focuses on Schiava as its calling card, grown traditionally on pergola trellises.
