Max Thurner - Perlhof is an estate winery in Bolzano-Oberleitach first documented in 1545, now in its fifth generation of family winegrowing, cultivating grapes across four locations at altitudes from 270 to 550 meters on quartz porphyry soils. The winery produces Santa Maddalena, Sauvignon, a Merlot rosé, and the Milo cuvée from Merlot and Schiava, combining nearly 500 years of tradition with continuous innovation.
