About the Winery
Manuel Taddei is a third-generation winegrower in Cortina sulla Strada del Vino, Alto Adige, who in 2013 replanted his grandmother's vineyards in Val di Cembra after 50 years of abandonment, at altitudes of 750-900 meters. The estate's first harvest was in 2022, producing white wines from Chardonnay, Müller-Thurgau, and Sauvignon Blanc with a philosophy of patience and quality, releasing wines only after extended maturation.
